Crockpot Broccoli Cheese Soup
I love, love, love broccoli cheese soup, always have, even as a child. It is the one soup I can remember I loved when I would go out to dinner at Chili's with my parents. But one day, while we were at Chili's, I had a big piece of plastic in the bowl of soup and it totally grossed me out. There is seriously nothing like a big bowl of homemade soup, regardless what type of soup you crave or want to make. And this soup is literally something to stand by and remember!
You Will Need:
1/2 Medium Organic Onion, chopped
1/4 Cup Organic Butter, melted
1/4 Cup Organic All-Purpose Flour
2 Cups Organic Half-n-Half
2 Cups Organic Chicken Broth
2 Bags Organic Frozen Broccoli, thawed
2 Cups Organic Carrots, shredded
1/4 tsp Organic Nutmeg
4 Oz. Organic Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 Oz. Organic Mild Cheddar Cheese
Salt & Pepper, to taste
