Chewy Fudge Brownies

These brownies are my Grandma Lou's recipe, she sent them to me recently in the mail and I, of course, changed them and made them my own; but the base of this recipe is my Grandma Lou's. These brownies are my Grandma's favorite. Heck, they have become a family favorite overall. I am not a big chocolate fan, but my son LOVES chocolate and he does devour these. 

You Will Need:
1 1/2 Sticks Butter
1 tsp Salt
1 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
1 1/4 Cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Water
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Chocolate Chips (optional)

**Bake 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes**
