Easy Strawberry Cheesecake

Strawberry cheesecake is my 2nd favorite dessert, next to vanilla white cake with strawberries in the middle covered in whipped cream topping. YUM! I wanted to make this easier for myself being I am very busy, going non stop every single day with a 5 year old, 17 year old and 18 year old children. I made this dessert to bring to a family dinner at my brother in laws home. This dessert was gone before I could blink, lol. I literally wanted a second piece but it was gone. So, I made a second one for our family after the party. You Will Need: 1 tub Cheesecake Filling 12 Graham Crackers Crushed 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 Stick Butter, melted  1 lb Strawberries, cut 1/2 Cup Sugar 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Cream Cheese Frosting

Cream cheese frosting is always a good recipe to have for cupcakes, carrot cake, cinnamon rolls, and so forth (or in Daniel's case, to eat plain as is! that man)! For many years, I never understood how to make a fluffy, light, and yummy frosting until I made these for our Christmas celebrations. We tend to keep things the same every year, I guess you could say it is tradition. Christmas mornings, we make the rolls together, getting messy is so fun for the Holiday's, then we make the frosting.

You Will Need:
1 pkg Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 Cup Butter, softened
1-2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1-2 Cups Powdered Sugar
Cream together the softened cream cheese, butter, and vanilla
Add sugar, I added a little at a time, stir and continue adding until it taste right to me. I never measure the sugar
Mix to combine with a spatula then I use my hand mixer to fluff it up
Done! So yummy, creamy, lightly sweetened and a bit cheese flavor from the cream cheese!
