My sister introduced me to this meal and it is beyond amazing.. One of our all time favorites.. what more is there to say about this? Just make it and give it a try!
You Will Need:
1 Cup Basmati Rice or Noodles
3 tbsp Chopped Fresh Cilantro, divided
1 Leek, White and Green Parts chopped
2 lb. Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp Lemon Zest, grated
While this is cooking, add the chicken broth, cilantro, and rice into a sauce pan, cover and cook until done, and all liquid is gone
Add butter, salt, leeks, cilantro, and garlic to a stainless steel pan and cook 3-4 minutes or until done
Cook shrimp
Cook shrimp separately until 'red' done
Add shrimp to the leaks
Add cream
Zest lemon
Boil for 3-5 minutes
